Right Hiring

Often we all search for the best because we want to be the best in what we do. Whilst it is a good desire or aspiration. When it comes to hiring talent it does not mean we need to hire the best to deliver the best in a space we operate.  The best talent is tough in terms of cost to attract and retain. The best is always ahead of the space we operate The best is always attracted by the surroundings We may not be always befitting the best talent's  needs - in terms of our ever changing context Where do we go. Hiring the right talent and keeping them nurtured to become the best is a journey and also skill of synergies. The right person may not be the topper, but will certainly match our context befitting the role at hand. If some training and orientation is done to will fill the gaps, it is worth the effort. This will cost appropriate, retention will be easy and also ability to grow together will be best for both parties.
